Sunday [18.12.11] my last run for this year
Malakoff : Bukit kiara Equestrian Club

It was a 12 km and a very hilly run. Nama tempat nak berlari pun Bukit kiara, Bukit damansara and all the bukit-bukit. There were like 4 5 hills we need to get over with. For 12 km runner, we have to run for 2 laps, so, please multiply the total hills we needed to hike. :O The very last hill, i estimated around 50 degree steep. yes? no? ok. I managed to run for 6km non-stop in 30 mins :) alhamdulillah, slowly I am getting used to it. Amazingly, i can run up the the first 2 3 hills but in a slow pace and i push my body to run. When running down the hill, take the advantage to run as fast as you can. LOL. That's just my opinion. Honestly, running down the hill is bad for our knees. NOTE THIS SERIOUSLY. Don't do it frequently, once in awhile is acceptable. The effect? You could hurt your knees badly. The pressure that you put onto it may cause it unbearable to support. I managed to finish the run for 1:23 mins. The time was okay for others and for me too, cuz I don't even train myself (agak bahaya) for MALAKOFF & MMU RUN RAKAN MUDA. I just simply run without any trainings. Luckily, my body now immune with at least minimum 10km run. Less injury and tak ada tempang-tempang dah. My last training was back then during Penang Bridge marathon. That was the last.
Kenapa lembab sikit hari ini waktu dah nak end the run? Sebab i kena muscle cramp at my abdomen during the last 1.5 km. Rasa macam nak golek2 atas jalan. While i was running, i keep on poking my abdomen. Tried to force myself to run, but i just can't run. It hurts a lot. I forgot to bring my energy gel which i supposed to bring em cuz my body lack of electrolyte (i guess so) Dah la lari 2 hari berturut-turut kan? Then, water station dia tak banyak sangat :( hmm
Weather? Awesome. Redup and sejuk je
Goodies bag? Sangat best. Dapat a box of cereal(fitness), a can of gatorade, perskindol, a 10% voucher, a medal, mee goreng, tau foo fa, cendol. syokkk.
Race pack? Tshirt and 10% voucher atheletic circle.
Tak elok sebenarnya lari 2 hari berturut because you may pressure your lungs if it's not big enough and it also could hurt your muscle tissues.
Tips to make your lung bigger: 1. Train or jog during 5 am or 6 am 2. swims a lot

Tak nak cakap banyak sebab lari ni tak serious pun. Yang lawaknya dapat no. 4 in 1:09 mins. Tu da kira lembab kot! Cuaca panas terik (forgot to bring my cap) , so mmg tak best lari and both of us banyak jalan. hehe. Ambik angin aje -.-' Walaupun dapat no. 4 tapi tak dapat hadiah pun :( kedekut betul, baik tak payah tulis nama. sigh. Later on, both of us registered for RunFest next year on 8th JAN 2012, so, that will be my first running event for 2012! wuhuu! As a student, we received rebate. Kami bayar rm30 je, kalau tak rm60 :)
