understand the title? hee.. well, it's the pronunciation only actually. I am about to say macaron from Paris..it's a food where its originality is from Paris.. a trend now in Klang Valley.. i just read startwo just now. so, the article attracted me and i was like feeling to share with you.. haha

firstly, macaron n macaroon are two different things!.. be alert!

this is macaron.. catchy colours...very attractive.. delicious? MmMmM..

this cute cookies are being a trend like cupcakes.. the cute2 one.. ever buy it? we can see like..a lot of kiosks selling cupcakes in various shopping complexes..  but baking cupcakes are much2 easier than macaron.. we can also design anything on top of it using different type of icing. making cupcakes need creativity! comel design anda..comel la cupcakes tu.. as we can see.. ade yang pic elmo, bola, handbags, shoes, ties.. macam2 design la. You maybe can find macarons in weddings or birthday parties..but still die tak meluas macam cupcakes.. cuz it's expensive. :)

back to macarons..they have a lot of flavors; chocolate, vanilla, rose, coffee, lychee, pistachio, passion fruit and etc. they use little things, but u need to have more patience and money... haha.. this food quite expensive..one tiny macaron can cost u RM4 - RM4.50..just imagine if we buy 10 pcs = RM45..haha..boleh makan satu lamb chop or maybe untuk brp org mkn sampai kenyang.. well, this thing is indulgence, so once in awhile ok la kan? :) the 3 important ingredients are = egg whites, ground almond and white sugar.. look simple? BUT! don't let this simple ingredients deceive you: macarons are difficult to master, even for the professionals.. that's why i say, u need maximum patience! haha :P

u can make them as a gift.. nyum2! (nicely wrapped)

still not much shops selling this colorful thingy... but we can find it at SOLARIS DUTAMAS.. or EMPIRE GALLERY SUBANG. (dua tempat tu je yang saya tau buat masa sekarang) anyone going PARIS? go to Laduree.. i never been there but it's the famous seller in the world! guess wat? macarons are damn sweet! so to the one who take less sugar in their daily intake.. no need to eat..just look and drop the jaw.. haha
